Celebrate with me people, my bride and I had a big weekend. Saturday we ran a Connecticut Warrior Dash 5k in about 41 minutes and on Sunday we accomplished our Spartan Trifecta requirements by finishing the Vermont Spartan Beast 13 miles 25 obstacles in just under 10 hours, cold battered and bruised.
