Several years of Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo karate has left me with thick muscle around the belly that has a tendency to pooch out when relaxed or sitting down. I'm just wondering if there's any way to tighten that up, make it denser/thinner. (the inch, half inch of fat isnt helping any, but I can handle that part.) Edit: Forgot to say, I'm not a huge fan of weights, hence the forum choice. Anything that does the job would be appreciated, however.

The only thing I've tried that has a tightening effect was callanetics, which uses very small controlled movements to target deeper muscles. I'm not to big on the science behind it but it definately did something for me.
