Managed to run 1 mile in 5mins 4 seconds (PB), half of which was uphill, and managed to speed up the pace for the last 10 seconds now to see what I can do on a flat mile.
yes. preferrably with a broomstick or something similar until you get the hang of the shoulder and back posture (shoulders are easy to dislocate, be very careful with this)
