Strengthening the toes - How?

    If you want to improve your agility why not work on you footwork, do agility runs, split squats and do more shadow/pads/bags/sparring?

    There is no way that your toes are causing your poor footwork.if you want to strengthen your toes all power to you, I'm sure it'll be great fun, however don't expect any significant effect on your footwork or agility.
