    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
    no you couldnt.
a 20kg olympic bar with rotating sleeves plus a load of rubber plate is MUCH more expensive than a gym. think close to 1000 pound.
i walk 2.5 miles to uni and 2.5 back, it only takes 30 minutes if i stop to eat my lunch.

with rubber plates weighing 160 kg and clips?
just googled it. 120 pound was the minimum i found for the bar.
the rubber plates can cost up to 70 pound each.
    a gym membership is cheaper
a gym also provides racks and some people that are useful for training

"Dude, I can't afford the shipping"

"Dude, I am never home to recieve packages."

"Dude, I am afraid of the post man."

"Dude, I don't like the color of brown boxes."

Hahaha, afraid of the post man. Well if he was some 10 foot giant trying to kill me then yes haha.

I think for me its more the price, and shipping didnt really come to mind. I am usually home to receive packages, i doubt i am too scared of the post man, and brown boxes, well they do look disgusting dont they... jokes ofcourse i dont mind brown boxes :D

Anyways i made 20 kg, 30 kg and 35 kg sand bags today. I wasnt sure whether to go up in 5 kg's or 10 kgs :/ So i might make a 25 kg bag as well.

To be honest i wasnt too sure what weight to start at. 20KG is quite light, but its better to be light than heavy. I have plenty of bags and sand, can always add more sand if need be. But they will do me good for warm ups i guess?

I made them so that they have two handles on each end. So on each end there is just some space for you to grip, that's where i tied the rope around.

you can do some great sand bag work outs pretty specific to grappling!
    thats good stuff man!
i'd say stick to the sand bags until you can get yourself to a gym and start the squats!

So far what i tried doing with them is you know atlas stones? Where you roll them up your body over something, i was doing that over and putting it on a high surface.

And i was doing front squats with them. When i find my old sports bag, i can put two of the bags inside there and make it 50 - 60 kg and use that.

What can i do specific to grappling? Do you mean actually practice the moves like O-Goshi or Seoi Nage on the sand bags?

Do you know any other good things i can do with Sand Bags?

Other things i have found includes things like putting sandbags on a tyre, tying the tyre to a rope, and putting the rope around you and walking or running. Carrying sandbags and just walking/running.
