    Incredible Bulk Eat-Lift-Eat-Sleep-Grow

These are my favourite reads, not about how to train but more on their lives and bodybuilding as a whole

    Muscle - Jon Hotten
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Muscle-Writ...0050209?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1190292938&sr=8-1

A great insight into modern bodybuilding and the dark truths the magazines hide away from the young naieve bodybuilder.

    Muscle - Sam Fussell
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Muscle-Conf...0050209?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1190293074&sr=1-1

A walk through one mans transformation from gym rat to competing bodybuilder

    Gorilla Suit - Bob Paris
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gorilla-Sui...0050209?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1190293157&sr=1-1

An insight as to why Bob Paris became so dissillusioned with a sport he grew to love as a kid. Some great insights into areas such as the attempted drug testing in the IBFF, WBF coup attempt, Mohammed Bennaziors death, internal politics and the Weider Brothers strangle hold on modern bodybuilding.

Blood n Guts - Dorian Yates
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Portrait-Do...0050209?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1190293303&sr=1-1

Englands most successful bodybuilder writes about his training background and life, including Mentzer's principles that changed his training philosophy.

    Arnies Encyclopedia - Arnold
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Encyclopedi...0050209?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1190293414&sr=1-6

Nothing more that the great photos

    Arnold - Laurance Leemer
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fantastic-A...0050209?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1190293464&sr=1-5

An insight to the whole of Arnold career as bodybuilder, actor and governor.
Talks about his training, steroid usage, health problems, conflicts with Sly Stallone, his passion for power.
