% Body Fat

    Very true. I'm carrying a lot more muscle now, and so I'm losing less weight as my body fat % drops. At 195, I'm as thin as I was a few years back when I weighed 185.
    I'll never see a six pack. Genetically, I'm blessed with a small pony keg.
    Must... resist... making fathead joke.

    Yeah when I last got cheeked out I was showing a reading of 16%, but that was a few years ago. :rolleyes:

    Whoo! Had mine measured at the gym today in conjuction with a weigh-in.

    8.5%

    Awesome.

    Also bear in mind that the medically 'acceptable' level of body fat increases once you reach a certain age. I'm not certain what that age actually is, but I think it's 35.

    Works for me Johnno, it was at that age that I started my spiral into coach potato weight training. It took me 5 more years of that training to reach my goal of 27% BF and 200 pounds. I am sure others have reached CP status faster but what did I care. I had time! :D
