Hi everyone, I search a little in the injurie forum but I didn't find some solution at my problem. For the last three month my wrists hurt me everytime I try to do push-up. Sometime I can do 10...25 and sometime even 50 without pain, but the next day I try to do 5 and my wrists hurt like hell. The pain come exactle from the wrist, but my fingers and my joints are fine. Any ideas? Thank you !
knuckle pushups might help as they are a wrist strengthening/stability exercise. Consult the knuckle pushups thread for tips on proper execution.
