Wondering what happened.

    So I was doing squats, not using a lot of weight and I guess I had some bad form and all of a sudden my upper mid back started to hurt. I was able to finish the squats and my entire workout and I've been able to work out since I injured myself (although I've laid off of the running) a few days ago but it's still nagging at me.

    It's been getting better but for the last two days it has sort of stayed the same. If I rotate to the right or left it bothers me a little bit and when I look down it hurts. When I'm working out it doesn't bother me too much when I'm warmed up but it's pretty bad in the morning. Do any of you know a good resource to find out about this kind of injury or know what I did to myself? I can't go to the doctors as I have no medical insurance right now and I'm leaving for the Marines on the 24th so I'm trying to get some peace of mind that I'll be just fine when I go.
