Nope. The highest Cerio ever promoted anyone to is 8th degree.

From what I remember he got his 10 from the Abbot at Shaolin Temple and he just went from 8 to 10.

I think Demasco was given rank the same way after he performed the Iron wire form.

 

I question DeMasco's certificate though...all the characters say is "this guy does cool stuff."

He gave it to Himself. I've been to the united studios web site in the past and he claimed cerio gave him his ninth degree which is false cerio promotted anyone past 8th degree.

 

This can definately be an answer at this point, seeing as we have seen it numerous times on this thread.

 

What the hell? Didn't I say somewhere earlier that it was awarded to him by Jesus? Why are we still discussing this?

 

Like it has been mentioned before, those who give rankings to themselves are very suspect, others who are not in their system seem to be clearly better at seeing it though.

The world is not 6000 years old, man did not sin, and we are not talking about a one either, are we? Hanshi is a good name, one not usually taken lightly. IMHO
