I agree, the guy gives you an attitude than walk right up to him and say, hey are you pushing a fight with me. The time that I wish I had back, was my time in High School. If i had that time back I would have opened up more talked to all the girl I could have. It is just as frightening during those years to talk to a girl as it is to pick a fight. Ha!
Yeah. His dad has "connections". Lame. Cops are cops are cops. Whether they take him to jail and throw the book at him is beside the point. When you call 911 and tell them to come to your house because of a threat, they come.
I would suggest keeping at a distance and let your feet do the talking, in the event he gets too close, try to close down his hands and grapple him or headbutt him!
a good weakness for boxers is the low kick. A good kick to the shin, and then a quick shot to the face when they feel it should work. I'm not advocating for fighting here, but if worse comes to worse, that's advice you could take.
So what? Unfortunetly criminals get off on technicallities all the time. I just spent the month of March fine tuning my techniques and tactics so that when I go to court and the lawyers start trying to find that "small detail" that could get their client off the hook, they'll come up empty handed on my cases. I'm smelling bovine excrement here. Let's face it if someone is coming to my home with the intent of doing bodily harm he'd better bring something more then just his fists because I sure as heck intend to use more then my fists.
Yea, I agree with bcullen here on all of what he is suggesting. It seems we get so many threads just like this. The one about the kid that had the evil brother so on. There is a higher achy to how things are even in situations of threats. If someone threatens you once let it go. If someone more than once than inform others. If they carry out more aggression contact the police. If they come to your house tell them to leave, that you don't want any problem. If they come more than once call the police. If they still come video tape and than do what you have to end it for real. That is called covering your own ****. So you know in United States regardless of the state you can defend you life in any means possible. In if someone comes on your land you can kill them for being physically or verbally aggressive and not stopping. In some states like Missouri and Oklahoma and Texas and Arkansas you can get killed just for refusal to leave someone else's land and there will not be any law issue, even if you contact the law after wards. Well that is what the law for those states was up till recently. I do know that Oklahoma still has that in as a law.
