Well I'm sure Haru would be happy to give your wife some bondage lessons. I mean how much damage can you do hog tied to the bed?
If you find it happening often then keep a diary about what was going on and try to note what time you woke up if your sleep was disturbed during the night. Being pulled in for a sleep study is great but there's always the chance of nothing happening so a diary will help a great deal.
This here shall be my diary... It was just after 1am as I checked my phone to see what time it was after being punched awake...
