Mannheim Steamroller - Christmas Live The last of my Christmas CD's. I play them all at least once every year.

Well now I'm listening to the first few songs of that album--I haven't listened to anything on it in a few years I think.
Malukah - Vokul Fen Mah Anything Malukah does is instantly amazing anyway, but her Skyrim covers are beyond magical
dirty beaches: drifters/love is the devil. double album of a crazy vancouver-ite. got turned on to it because of another canadian, mac demarco. it's very cool, but i have to be in the right mood for it. it's great for work as background. there's a really cool video series on youtube called "what's in your bag?". it's musicians going to a record store in s.f. and picking stuff they like and talking about it. this series has turned me on to many things that i would never even know about.
Avenged Sevenfold: A little piece of heaven. The music video is pretty entertaining too (I'd link to it but the song has strong language & the video is somewhat graphic).
Oasis - Be Here Now Third release by Oasis, not as good as the first two, but not bad. Don't go away, D'you know what I mean, Stand by me, The girl in the dirty shirt.
Alright, so color me late to the game, but, wow, this was good. Wife's company throws an annual party for all 700 employees, and I was her "plus 1" again. For the last 3 years or so there has been a lip-sync contest. Nine groups (some individual, some team) competed last night. Number 3 did this song, which I'd never heard before. They brought out a couple of doors to create a closet, and a blow-up mattress for the bed, and then the music started -- and as the three people started acting it out I was mesmerized. And terrified. My heart was beating 1000 beats a minute at the end. I still don't know if he shot the husband, but, dude, they got my vote! Now I gotta listen to the rest of this "opera" ! ::happy::
Fatbot Slim/Paul Oakenfold - Essential Collection A 2 cd set(one by each DJ) of high energy dance/trance(or whichever of the other labels you choose to use) music. I use to listen to a lot of this type of music when I was training a lot. Still makes good road tip music.
