what type of weights should a person planning to box lift? how many reps and sets? how much of your body % should you lift max?
It's the triceps that essentially 'throw' the punches with the twist of the hips so mainly those and the entire upper body for armor I would presume? Benchpressing will do the triceps and pectorals but as for amounts I'm no pro lol!
