WAKO 2007 British Championships in Nottingham

It was a good day and i wish i had entered really but i went to see what it was like and i know its what i want to do now, i plan to do light continuous (i know call me a pussy for not doing full contact) maybe i will go full contact when I'm more confident. i saw some good bouts on the mats and in the full contact ring.

 

Well, i fought on the saturday, and it was a long old day! Didn't leave until 9pm!

There was about 12 of us from 2 gyms who went up from North London, came away with about seven 1st places, and two 2nd's, and a third. I myself lost in the last eight to the eventual winner of the group.

Did you see the Full contact -75kg division?

Anyone going to the WAKO tournament in April in Sheffield? The Judgement Day one?

 

I won't be there. I was gonna get back to you about that but it slipped my mind. You don't have to be affiliated to WAKO to take part.

Was the -75kgs final, the one with the brawl? If so, i saw that

 

Fair enough.. I know there were loads of guys from Peacock (in London) who competed in the full contact so I just assumed :Angel:
