Well I'm pretty happy witrh my stand up, my ground work needs a lot of work, but the site did bring to my attention that I really need to brush up on the 'Viking Battlefield & Raiding Tactics' part of my martial arts training. After all, you never know when you're going to need to fall back on that....

I like his "rape a rapist" defence concept for women and men who fear rape.

 

I'll have to check that out, I often fear being raped by mobs of women while walking around anywhere, it's getting dangerous just to go to the grocery store, I'm lucky to get out at all...
