I wanted to start a thread that would be a place for you to post the video, you've seen online, that really gets you going. You know the video that makes you want to get up and train. I love reading posts and all that jazz, but sometimes i just want to see something. Enjoyed both of those! I'm going to post an absolute classic: Bob Sapp(155kg/342lb) vs Mirko Cro Cop(103kg/227lb). [ame="http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ypxE_RhwE9M"]YouTube - Mirko Cro Cop Filipovic vs Bob "The Beast" Sapp K1 UFC MMA[/ame] It looks like its the kick that does the damage but its not, the kick is just a set up for the left punch thats so quick its hard to see. That punch shattered Sapp's orbital bone, how hard a punch would have to be to do that to a guy that size frankly beggers belief. Alot of people have critisised Sapp for reacting the way he did but apparently a broken orbital bone is one of the most painful breaks. And I can believe it, its the bone that surrounds your eyeball Anyways, I put this video up because that kick/punch combo is one of the most perfect bits of fighting skill I have ever seen.

all those videos WOWed me. I can't believe Mirko Filipovic broke his orbital. I always wondered why Sapp looked to be in so much pain. OUCH. I've got to keep that out of my head when i fight next, lol. Le Banner is a heck of a fighter, I was sad to see him leave the last K-1 tourney with that arm re injury. In those videos, i could really feel the hate they had for one another. I wonder what caused the bad blood? I don't know how I managed to not hear about Samir Mohamed until today. holy smokes, he's wicked. Have you heard of Serkan Yilmaz? I believe he has a tkd background.
