good stuff. i like the bit where he is practicing the not so legal headbutting aspect cant wait to see his first mma fight, he has actually been training for a while now so he is serious about it. I feel sorry for that guy who was holding the pads. lebanner is one of my favourite fighters, I love his attitude and technical skill. not often you see a big guy who can kick and knee and doesnt just box.
