Hi everyone, im new to this forum, hows everyone doing? I have a question regarding training. Im a newbie to the martial arts and recently started training in Wing Chun (about 3 months ago or so) but as my training is only for one hour once a week i would like to do something else as well. Does anyone have any suggestions as what to train in? Or would training in another martial art at the same time just hinder my wing chun progression? Someone told me something like Muay Thai would be good as it compliments wing chun but i dont have a clue lol. Hope you can help. Ta very much Jay
your at the beginning of your wc training, so i suggest you spend the rest of the week training what your learning in class to develop strong machanics. you can also do conditioning running, lifting.
