Training info (help)

    I've been training a mix of kenpo,kajukenbo and eventually kickboxing,I've been doing it for almost 2months now.3days a week,3hours each day.but Im not a very strong person,Im very flexible but I dont have muchstrenght.
    Can someone help me about what kind of training I should do to improve my skills in this martial art?
    any kind of advice will be welcome :)

    You want advice on how to increase your strength or on how to enhance your skills? If it is your skills, all you need is to give your training's more time... Two months is simply not enough time for you to develop skills in any Martial Art... ;)

    of course not,I 've praticed karate for 7years so I know the time it takes to be any good:).
    the thing is,I have to increase strenght and flexibility in order to get better at it,cause I had a bad knee injury and I had to stop everysport for about 3years,so I lost a lot of physical skills and Im trying to get those,but I just dont know how lol
