That's terrible, man. Sorry to hear it. I know that you won't feel better just because we tell you to try to feel better, but just try and remember the good times you spent with her, and try to move on with your life. Better to let it all out now, than to let it all build up inside.

If you get some time pop into MAP and take your mind off of things for a bit -
it can sure help to recharge the batteries and give you some perspective or as MAP can be sometimes it can be comedy relief - something that there is never too much of.
