[Thailand] Swiss man jailed for 10 years for insulting Thai king

People make jokes/insults about John Howard and George W Bush all the time.. They don't get jail time.

And last I checked Aussie culture nor American culture were Thai culture.

If you go to a country and break their laws... expect to be held to their standard of punishment. It's not a complicated concept.
