[Tang Soo Do] Spread of Tang Soo Do in U.S.

I have researched and put together over the last 5 yrs a chronological history of Tang Soo Do in the US, showing dates, place, whos who etc. I would like input from anyone who has more info to add to it. Dates, people, organization info things of that nature. I think it is a relevant thread for a Tang Soo Do community

Very detailed. I have little to offer to it. It's certainly interesting seeing a detailed breakdown like that, though.
