Student can't help switching stances

    do all pad work and bag work one sided......i say pic a side....if both are equal in beginning i would go with southpaw.....you get huge advantage.

    as far as learning both....generally bad idea....if you are orthadox fighter...you have to learn to fight orthadox vs orthadox...and orthadox vs southy.......if you swith stances that is double your training load....add that to ground work and takedown defense and you got alot to learn already......

    i dont know how much training time you get but unless you can but in the time a pro has.......it seems like you would be better served to pick a stance.


    also for evry pro you got that switches stances there are 50 who dont...this is for a reason ...dont reinvent the wheel.
