Hi All Looking for a club that does lotsof ITF style (hands and feet, controlled contact sparring) around north hampshire (Alton, Basingstoke, Farnham etc) I have been taking part in sport jujitsu, which involves 'light continuous' style striking, and most of my training has been MMA - so I am happy dropping bombs, but out of practice with the snappy fast stuff. So I would like to find a club that would let me take part in the sparring for practice, but not tie me into the forms/grading type work too much. If the class was at a weekend, I could go further afield Any suggestions?
