Interesting. Have been bumping up against Crane guys for years now as my club studies qin na under Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. My appreciation and respect for White Crane grows every year. Best wishes with your project.
For anyone familiar with the White Crane power generation (which is also, I suppose, kinda relevant for people in some of the White Crane descending CMAs and JMAs)... I've been working a lot on my power generation, and I've finally come to a point where I'm able to reliably "raise" the "shaking" power. The thing is, I've got almost no control over it. The only place I'm able to have it "exit" is through the palm of my hands and my wrists. How can I learn to control its output better? At best, if I use all my strength the wave gets to my fingers, but it hurts them (since they feel warm after, I would suppose that would be because blood is violently sent there with the wave). Is that normal, or is there something I'm doing wrong? Or is it just that I'm not man enough to do it?
