is it possible for you not to have you heart in the fight (no motovation) but still want to win coz that is what happened to me and i just kept loosing against a guy thet doesnt even wrestle like me.
I lose motivation often myself. I get burned out, walk away for a couple weeks, focus on other hobbies, and come back ready for more.
i dunno about everyone else but for me its a switch. Turn it on an off. I was thought that was the perpose of bowing it at the beginning of a constest. So thats what I do at the beginning of a fight, just mentally bow in not physically. (that'd potentally get my teeth re-arranged.) just my 10 cents keep the change
"Losing" is no big deal. Look at why you lost and learn from it. If the next time you lose it is not for that reason you are learning!
