Hi, I was wondering if any of you knew whether this was a reputable school, from their website it doesn't look too bad to me, but I know pretty much nothing about IMA the head of the place is a Grandmaster Kongjie Gou
My advice is always the same.... Any reputable school will give you a free taster lesson, that is the only way to know what the school is like and if it is what you are looking for. Everyone is different, so word of mouth is not always reliable. As for websites, some accurately reflect the school concerned...others....well, you can guess the rest! Go and see for yourself. Good luck, Carys.
Rule of thumb: Never trust anyone who calls him (or indeed her) self grandmaster. Bunch of jokers the lot of them.
