Ninjutsu & Neijia

At the higher levels the Neijia arts trump Ninjitsu any day of the week. In fact I'd say even mid level practitioners should be significantly better--and in some case, even beginners, especially Xingyi folks.

If you want to be good at clandestine warfare before the technological revolution, go with ninjitsu though...blow guns are cool.
