Hi, newbie here. I have two question. Is there any dvds out there that shows some example of stick or club disarm self defense? Does filipino martial art teaches disarm using empty hand against stick and knife? The reason is because from what i always saw, they must also have a weapon in their hand for them to disarm the other person.
