Wow, that's a clever idea. We don't even need hydrogen scoops anymore! The distinctly steampunk look adds cool points too. 30 years to Proxima Centurai? Sign me up!
Not technically reactionless, but an engine that doesn't require you to carry fuel is very interesting. I would be interested to see what becomes of this.
I've got my fingers crossed, the Mars colonists are going to need a doctor. Sign me up for that trip!
