Hello all, I haven't posted in a while. Bad me, bad. Anyway, I have constricted my tkd training to the hand movements and poomsea. Hapkido is the hand and clothes techniques only. I have taken to Aikido once again. My question to all is this: What are your limitations and what are the art(s) you are studying. My primary limitations are knees and back from military service. I have a brain injury and P.T.S.D. as well, but the physical constraints are knees and back.
