hi everyone, i was just wondering if anyone local to Perth, Western Australia, does any sort of gym training, such as strength training with weights and stuff? particularly at fitness first health clubs. its just that while i want to get into the weights- i'm scared of the machines- they are all bigger than me! anyhow, am just scanning for anyone who may possibly be able to give me a few pointers on where to start with using weights. thanks, SSJ1_Katrina ps- has anyone here seen DBZ movie 8?
