I am in ... will be booking weekend off tomorrow at work... Folks an amazing line up is guaranteed See you all there
The Just Giving page is up and running and I've made the first donation. You have loads of time, but make the donation now. Donation is for the Saturday MAP Meet only.
What are the chances of a certain gigantic honourary Brit from a certain Sporty Worldy event also attending?
If it was not for the fact it is a 9.5 hour flight from the nearest airport...I'd be there. But I will not be able to make it, wish I could but it is a bit to far for me. Hope everyone has a great time
We really enjoyed last time! Next year, however, we are planning a big trip to Okinawa a month later, so.... we'll see if we are able to attend the MAP Meet, too, or not.
Interesting to read about your supported charity, I hadn't heard of EDS but since my youngest has joint hypermobility and has had to deal with with chronic pain for some years I"ll be looking into it some more. Looks like a great line up, if Hannibal is coming all the way from Canada I really ought to make the effort to travel the short journey down the M40 !
Awareness is what it's all about and hopefully you'll get answers to your questions. Do it. Make the donation and tell the world you are coming.
Some information on EDS. If you can get off your butt and attend you'll have attended something really special. If you can't make it please do make a donation. Even a small amount really can make a difference. I'll do some live streaming, so you'll get the chance to see the sessions you'd want to witness if you were there. You really can make a difference. Dan made a difference and the 2017 MAP Meet was in his memory.
If you ever can make it, there would be space in my home for you to stay. It would be the least I can do to help out a long time MAPper. and I always look forward to making new friends
It would be great to see you again if you can make it Folks here might be able to help with accommodation and travel if it will help keep your costs down It would be great to see you there if you could make it Ned Nooooo!! So sorry you can't make it Dunc, it is such a genuine pleasure to catch up with you and your guys every year! We have a great line up and it will be a great event, but you will definitely be missed. I'm really looking forward to it, as ever, and there will be more announcements to come soon
