Hi to all of you. I'm studying kung fu (long form) with taji quan in London. I started when I was 48 after spending a couple of years on the bench watching my older son going to class. Five years later, of course, I'm the one who is really obsessed with it and drag him to classes with me. I am now working towards doing a grading for my black sash in the next year. So I have lots to learn, which is where I was hoping this forum might come in handy. Seems like there are quite a lot of good articles and loads of different threads to get involved in.
