Hi there, I've recently moved to Nottingham and I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any kung fu school in the area. Thanks.

Phil Mead (6th Dan) who began his KF training in 1957 is in Nottingham, I don't have an address but his contact number is 0115 970 2877. Check him out! Louie
Hi Chimpcheng.... It's called Chi'ang Shou Fa, it has traditional forms & weapons training. I studied under one of his black belt students here in Scotland from the mid-eighties until very recently (I am now involved in researching Western Martial Arts)..... I have trained with Phil a number of times, he's down to earth & deadly Louie
Sifu Larry Tuck teaches out of the Joint-Effort fitness club in Beeston. He teaches Wing Chun, Yang style Tai Chi & Kick-boxing. Check out the web page: http://www.joint-effort.co.uk/marts.htm
Thanks guys, I'll check out all those places. Ok naruto_clf own up. Is that you Jerry? I don't know anyone else who does CLF and Vale Tudo who knows our Leicester connection! Wait till I get back I'll chap choy ya.
Chucky just wait till I get back up there I'm gonna make you tap out I've found wushu with the university, Jeet Kune Do and there are a few wing chun. However, there's a couple of school wot do grappling so I might gotta go take a look and see whatsup.
I suppose some one has to go to Nottingham might as well be you tha naas, and a few more things. · Wushu is crap · JKD like any other M.A. depends on the teacher and I know it not part of the thread but why on earth did Taratino give that big dancing fairy Carradine a part in Kill Bill.
Theres a Practical Taiji place there, here is the link to the classes. http://freespace.virgin.net/nottingham.wudang/summerclasses.htm
