I was poking around online and was wondering if anyone knew anything about these videos: "Ushiro Karate" (by Kenji Ushiro, a Zaha Shindo Ryu karate stylist), and "Uchinadi: The Original Karate of Okinawa" (by Toshishiro Oshiro, a Matsubayashi Shorin Ryu karate stylist). Are these any good? I have read some things about these instructors. Also, for any karateka here, care to share which videos you prefer?
