A couple of busy days at work, but I've managed to keep on with some training: Tuesday: 10 mins Zhan Zhuang - after a 15 hour day at work, I got in and just wanted to crash - but managed to get some ZZ training in at least. Definately felt better for it afterwards! Wednesday: Pushups: -6 -8 -6 -6 -10 Squats: -10 -10 -10 -15 Situps: - 5 Not sure what happened here, physically couldn't do any more. 10 mins Zhan Zhuang
