Treat every interview as a learning experience. My most recent round, we'd switched to a panel interview format. The first one was very rough, but by the third or fourth I had the idea, and around the fifth one I got the job.

In our panel interviews, they told us the model they wanted the answers to take. Usually they wanted to talk about a specific situation where you handled the issue, and what you learned from it. Job experience was best, but if you needed to talk about something else (like MA experience) that described your ability to handle the situation, that was okay too.

Interviews seem to go best when you know who you are and what you want.
