Well, I just quit. Lost the 40 pounds first. Hopefully will help keep the weight off since I've got a steady weight and cardio routine as well as a personal trainer. Just need to make sure I keep my diet clean and I should be ok. Lot of folks said I put weight on because of a crap diet and injuries hampering my exercise.
Actually Nordic posted on my myspace page that you and narc were asking about me. Came back, saw a few bannings, and said "ok, I'll start posting again".
