Some of you may have seen my thread asking for advice for my job interview. Well, thanks to all of you because I got the job. I also got a job at my church paying $10 bucks an hour. I'm so happy!
Awesome, Stutta!!!!!!!!! Keep all that helpful advice about the interview in mind (get there early, dress well, be confident, admit when you don't know something, be ready to learn, be respectful, be willing to go the extra mile), and I guarantee you'll keep the job ....and probably get promoted! Congrats! We're all rooting for you!
Thank you, everybody. The job I got at the restaurant is called a food service worker. I'll find out what I'll be doing on Tuesday. The job at my church is a janitor. I go there once a week and clean up everything. Haha, that's right, Kurohana, the next step is manager, and, hopefully, THE WORLD!!! Kwaj and everybody else, where do ya'll wanna eat? Dinner's on me!
Great going #1 - the hard part is over, now you just have to be great at everything you do. (Go on - make yourself indispensible) I'm a man of simple tastes, but I hear you do decent steaks over there. A good steak & chips dinner would suit me fine round about now. :love:
