Yeah he was on a episode this season nuber 6 I think,GSP brought him in as a guest coach and he is great,doesnt have a big enough part for me,GSP tells his team to show respect or JCS will knock em out,he also says JCS has 3 hours sleep a night and drinks like a fish! your instructors are right
Might have to check that one out, see if I can catch the replay. I forgot GSP was supposed to be one of the coaches this time, might be worth watching then.
seems like i opened up a huge can of worms..... as far as Yod kicking hard I meant pound-for-pound he kicked pretty damn hard. of course someone like Alistair Overeem is much.... more powerful....
I know that, man. Most my experience is also based on south Thailand and I know a lot less about the upper areas. I'm just trying to take what you're giving me as best I can - it does seem a little odd. Good luck with your future endeavors.
