    Hello, I'm grasscutter. I've been doing Muay Thai for a few months and went to my first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class last night. I'm looking forward to improving my conditioning, strength, techniques, etc.

    Well, you picked some good martial arts, then! :) I switched to boxing a year ago for the same reason: conditioning and strength.
