Hello all. I'm new here. Here's me introducing myself. I'm in my early 40s, a bit overweight, not that flexible, slightly arthritic in places, and have been training in karate for about 2 years and aikido for a few months. I chose my username to represent my current and past approach to training. I am frequently hurting myself because I push too hard. I've reached a point where I realise I must change my approach, and am just finding my new way. That's me for now.
