I love the kicking and remember doing a lot of those quite a bit (especially the low spinning heel). I don't do as many of those anymore (but still teach them here and there). I really like the "freestyle" Hankido video - it's great to see people smiling and laughing and trying out the art without being too strict on doing the techniques in order or on being 'perfect' every time. It's the mistakes and mess-up's that show if the art works... if it can only work when everything is perfect, you'll have a hard time when things aren't! Anyway, that video was fun!
