    Make up your mind. You either want it or you don't, there are no half measures. If you decide you want to push forward and fight then you have made a commitment to give it your best. So the next time you find yourself upset during class you're just going to have to suck it up and push harder, because that's how it's done.

    Self pity has no place in your head. Girlfriends should have no place in your head. Quitting should have no place in your head. Failure should have no place in your head. None of those are going to help you become the person you want to be. Champions aren't anymore physically gifted than you are or can become. Mentally they are strong, and they can over come pain and fear. You just need to master it too.

    Get your head down and train harder. Spar less and hit pads more. The great thing about hitting pads is that you can give it 100% without getting hit back.

    When you do spar, move your head. It gets hit because it is a static target. Specifically move your head when you throw combinations.

    No pity from me man, you want this then you have to earn it.
