Good old school free bjj lessons

In the day and age of on line classes and instructionals let's not forget that a while ago a 3rd degree black belt put out almost and entire curriculum free

 

I have mixed feelings about this, mostly because my A game is butterfly these days.

 

We had a black belt visitor and he did that head stand pass on my butterfly every time
Surprisingly I never seen that pass before then
