S.E.I.G.E being the incorrect spelling of "SIEGE" - the definition of which is: A military blockade of a city or fortress with the intent of conquering by attrition or assault.

Don't get me wrong - I'm a big fan of Doug and his work, but I would certainly be inclined to alter the marketing approach here. In today's politically correct society, you'd be hard pressed to find any reputable organisation willing to advocate "peace through violence" - surgical or not!

 

They are legit, just very quiet.

Unlike many instructors who just do seminars for a given unit and then trumpet that they taught THE SUPER SECRET SQUIRREL SQUAD to anyone who wants to listen, Doug really doesn't brag about who he's worked with. He won't hide it, but he doesn't make a big deal about. I imagine the reason Funker mentions it is because...well...that's Funker's business model.
