Free subdomain hosting with no ads

Hi there,

After recently making my own website using dreamweaver i am looking for the best place to host it.

I just want a free subdomain hosting package but would prefer:
1) no ads/annoying pop ups
2)short subdomain name

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

 

Doesn't your ISP provide hosting? Most do.

I suspect you're asking for a lot there, as they would basically be giving you a service that cost them and they had nothing to gain out of it.

I'll give you a full critique if you like, but it doesn't really meet your original criteria as you've still got the hosting advert at the top of the screen.

Still, at first glance it does look like a pretty good deal.

Ya know, there are places to get decent hosting for $5 a month or at least very minimal prices...allowing you full domains, subdomains of your domain, etc...the free services aren't the same as they were back around 2000...the "free stuff" trend of the internet died with the dotcom bubble burst.
