First Real Home Cooked Meal

So I just made my first home cooked meal, everything from scratch at my new place . I am having a big Porterhouse Steak, and some Broccoli with cheese sauce (yep, even the cheese sauce is home made) and am thinking about some fresh papaya for dessert.

I'm a happy guy.

Make sure you soak the broccoli/cheese dish as its a bitch to wash.

This steak is soooooooooooooooooooo good!

 

Congrats. I make a pretty good steak, too. very few things are better than a good steak, and a good beer! I usually roast veggies, though.
